We are a Certified Lead-Safe Firm under the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), having fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402. Our certification allows us to legally and safely conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities in compliance with 40 CFR Part 745.89.
As a lead-safe certified firm, we are trained to:

✅ Follow strict containment, cleaning, and disposal protocols to minimize lead exposure

If you’re planning a remodel, repair, or painting project in a home or building that may contain lead-based paint, we have the expertise and certification to complete the work safely and in full compliance with EPA standards.
